Field Training Assistant

A Field Training Assistant (FTA) is what you get once you reach the rank of Senior Corporal. As a FTA you will assist in training, such as probationary training. If you wish to become a FTO you need become promoted to sergeant by getting evaluated by Area Command. Your main job is to assist in training and help the FTO out as best as possible.
